TA wants to know what customers really think about our sites - and it's important to know both the good and the bad. That's why we encourage customers to participate in the Tell Us About Us program.
The program asks drivers to give feedback about their experiences at TA locations by calling the toll-free number (888) 982-5528 or going online at www.tacares.com. Once there, they are asked to take a short survey. By answering a handful of questions, participants are entered into an ongoing sweepstakes with a grand prize of up to $10,000.
But drivers don't just have the chance to win some cash, they also play an important role in making every TA location ready to respond to their needs. Comments are acted on in order to ensure outstanding service at every TA location. Complaints are addressed quickly. Praise is passed on to specific employees or locations. The more feedback that customers offer, the better TA is able to meet their expectations.
TA values communication with drivers who stop at any location, and has rededicated the Tell Us About Us program to find out exactly what they want and expect from our restaurants, truck shops, fuel stations, retail stores and employees.
Participation in the Tell Us About Us program is simple. Any receipt that a customer gets at a TA site will have a survey ID code printed on it. When they call the toll-free number or log on to www.tacares.com to offer their comments,
they are asked to use that code to take the survey.
Customers taking the survey are asked a few general questions, then given the option of extending the survey so that they can offer more details about their TA experience.
Anyone who takes the survey is eligible for the sweepstakes. Random drawings are held monthly, with winners receiving cash prizes of $250 or more. Those monthly winners are then eligible for the grand prize.
