Carrier says its new Advance microprocessor controller gives fleets, technicians and drivers a new level easy-to-use reefer control. The Advance microprocessor control system reports reefer conditions in plain language instead of codes. It features programmable lockouts to prevent tampering and can be set to limit setpoints to a specific range. It also conducts a 15-point pretrip inspection in just eight minutes, and can display more than 150 different alarm messages.
