Head south if you want the most pleasant experience driving in your car, according to a recent survey.
Texas and Florida cities top the list as being the most drivable, according to a survey by service center Pep Boys. The survey took into account traffic flow, average travel time, pleasant climate and gas prices.
California cities took top honors for the least drivable cities. No surprise that the biggest metropolitan areas cause the most traffic headaches.
