If there's a question about the Jacksonville South TA in Florida, chances are Shirley Bushner knows the answer. She's worked at the TA off I-95 for 35 years. Since then, she's held about every position as the location expanded into a full-service location.

"I've done everything but work in the truck service shop," Bushner says. Her positions have ranged from fuel desk manager to restaurant manager. She's currently the bookkeeper, handling the paperwork and payroll for four TA locations operated by Bob Morris.

"Shirley is knowledgeable and dependable and I just wanted her to be recognized," Morris said.

Bushner enjoys the trucker traffic that comes through the TA. "I've always liked meeting the people," Bushner says. "I still have drivers who stop in and see me. "Diesel is in my blood," she says. "I've had other offers, but I don't want to leave."
