Michelin North America Inc. recently contributed $25,000 to Ol' Blue, USA, a non-profit organization dedicated to large vehicle safety.

"We support Ol' Blue because it helps educate people of all ages about traffic safety and how to avoid accidents," said Randy Clark, Michelin's vice president of marketing.

Ol' Blue is a 1951 truck in like-new condition that since 1986 has been hauling a 53-foot rolling billboard trailer to trade shows, truck stops, community events and public schools nationwide. The Ol' Blue, USA Safety Center combines the resources of Ol' Blue with state and local law enforcement, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the National Highway Safety Administration and sponsors to promote large vehicle safety.
