PACCAR Partners With Bridgestone/Firestone

Kenworth, Peterbilt and other PACCAR vehicles will continue to sport Bridgestone truck tires as standard original equipment, according to an agreement between PACCAR Inc. and Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire. Unless otherwise specified by the buyer, every new Kenworth or Peterbilt truck will be delivered with Bridgestone radials. "We are delighted that Bridgestone tires have been Kenworth and Peterbilt's number one choice for the past 12 years, and to have new agreements for the next decade," said Singh Ahluwalia, Bridgestone's president of truck and bus tires.
