A new study shows that cocoa contains more antioxidants per cup than a similar serving of red wine or tea.
Antioxidants are chemicals important for good health, as they fight the free radicals responsible for aging and cancer.
A team of researchers from Cornell University published a study in the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry found that the antioxidant concentration in cocoa was higher than in a standard size bag of green tea, a cup of black tea or one glass of red wine.
Not to mention that only cocoa floats a marshmallow so well.
