LOVE, ACTUALLY
Finding a Valentine's gift doesn't have to be a pain
by Carrie Streets
It's that time of year again; thoughts of red roses and chocolate candies and what to do for your loved one.
Don't panic, there's still some time to spare and with a little planning, you won't be left with poor selection or the worst candy. This year, we've done the thinking for you. Here are some of our ideas for both traditional and unconventional gifts.
Traditional
- A box of chocolates (go all the way with a red, heart-shaped box).
- A bouquet of flowers (typically red roses).
- A card, either hand delivered or sent via e-mail (http://greetings.yahoo.com, www.hallmark.com).
- A romantic restaurant dinner for two.
- A picture frame filled with photos of the two of you. For example, check out the L-O-V-E picture frame at www.personalcreations.com.
