GLASS HALF EMPTY?

Most Americans expect 2005 to be economically difficult

Tell Us!

What do you think? Will 2005 be a year of prosperity or economic difficulty? Send us an e-mail at feedback@roadking.com, or vote in the poll at www.roadking.com.

Pessimism appears to be reigning in the country as 2005 begins.

A majority of Americans expect this year to be economically difficult, according to a recent Gallup survey. And nearly 7 in 10 Americans expect a "troubled year" internationally. Yet all is not gloom and doom. A vast majority of Americans told Gallup they are very satisfied with their personal lives. Just over half said they are "very happy."
